i added up your calories,they came out to 2063. thats sounds good. remember 3500 calories equals 1 pound. so if you want to lose a pound a week ,reduce your weekly calories by 3500.

Hemp board..where can I get this?

We want to build a home that is as energy and cost efficient as humanly possible. I love the modular prefab homes and figured it would be easy enough to construct on our own. A few years ago I read a few articles about the durability of building homes out of hemp. It is also very insulating and can take 2x the crap wood can against mother nature in a storm. It dries like a cement. I have been researching for days on end and I am coming up with nothing on where to get such a great product. If anyone out there has ANY info this will go greatly appreciated. Even on how to make my own would be even better cost wise. There is a huge hemp farm just 4 hours from where I live so getting the main material would not be an issue. Thank You in advance.

Is it worth my energy on this guy?

He has just been dumped by his ex because she was scared of a serious relationship. I really like him and he has had me over his house a couple times to watch movies. I am not sure if he feels the same about me but he has become a bit resentful against women, he says "if someone likes me they can come to me" and says he wants a cuddle from me. But he isn't giving me any signs that he likes me at all. I want to know but don't want to make an idiot of myself...any thoughts?

Why do the Packers only rush three men all the time? That strategy killed them when they lost to Pittsburgh.?

Why do the Packers continue to do this? They're the only team in the NFL that goes with the wimpy three man rush no matter what the situation. You would think that in some of those situations, most teams would have at least four guys rushing the QB. But the Packers have this strategy called "make the opposing QB as comfy as possible and don't bother the man because he is trying to compete a p." Roethlisberger had all night to toss the football in the last drive. In fact, he had all night all night long to complete his pes. The guy could've even had enough time to eat few hot dogs and put mustard on them before throwing his p. If he is going to be comfortable and well rested in the pocket he may as be well fed too. Why does Dom Capers insist on sticking with the three man rush no matter what the situation is? Sometimes a situation does call for a blitz.

Why is Mcain such a racist and the Repubs elected him as a candidate?

John McCain is probably the furtherest thing from a racist you could find in the Red Party. He adopted a very endearing young Asian child and was lambasted in the South Carolina primary by Rove and company when he ran in the last election. In fact, it is one of the things I hold against him. How any man, after being treated in such a harsh and indignant manner could thing kiss up to those responsible is beyond me. They implied he adopted a black child. It is another reason the far right wing nut radicals of the Red Party hate him. It is there you will find some of the most bigoted and racist individuals living among humanity. I live in Missouri and it is right up there with any other southern racist state when it comes to the racist Red Party. They have just become much more adept at hiding their tendencies. The problem all you racists have, is the Electoral College. A few heavily populated areas will have a lot more influence than these redneck, bottom crawling, scalawag bigots in flyover country will.

I ate two large slices of pizza hut Hand Tossed pizza. The toppings were tomatoes and black olives. I blotted off all the grease and pulled off some of the cheese. Was my dinner too fatty?
