What would sai paint tool be under to open the program?

well i downloaded sai paint tool and i opened it once and then turned my computer off.So then i forgot how to open the program.So now im just stuck.I looked through all my programs and didnt find it.Can anybody help me find the program sai paint tool on my computer?
