Where can I get this appraised?

The fact remains that IF the bank does not exist OR no account with that name is in existence it has no worth expect to a "currency dealer." You would probably get your best return from someone who specializes (Yellow Pages) in paper currency, etc. I doubt however that it has much worth unless the name is special.
