Do you know if the movie Thicker than Water with Melissa Gilbert is appropriate for children?

It's not rated and I was trying to find out if there is anything inappropriate for my 3 1/2 year old in it. She loves horses and Melissa Gilbert from Little House on the Prairie. Thanks!
