I filed for a divorce...wife says she will not grant it...can I still get one ???

My wife drinks and aults me...then runs off to Missouri and Florida with her EXBF for 3 weeks after I got a marriage counselor so we could work things out...she keeps drinking and making harring phone calls to my cell phone...she has broken my restraining order twice and lied in court to get out of said restraining order...so I filed for a divorce with a lawyer...now she says that she will sign nothing and not give me the divorce I want to get away from her...furthermore she wants to take HALF of what I own and demnds alimony and revenge...she has even gone so far as to accuse me of stealing her birth control pills because I am an active crossdresser...we were married for ONE MONTH so I know I have some rights...I want a divorce...but I am not about to suffer for the woman I thought I loved just because she loves alcohol better than me, her son, and her family...I have a lawyer now...and I think she has a thing for her EXBF too...what are my rights and what can I do ??
