I need help?

i have two friends. One thinks im a goodie two shoes and whenever i get something i want she whispers to my other friend and my friend keeps telling me that shes talking about me but i dont know what to say.i told her once that i think shes stealing my other friend from me and she started talking about me again i dont know what to do, and its not that easy to tell her. all the other girls in my cl are esl so i dont want to talk to them. i need help on what to do about my friendship
