If 1 person on a deed finances a "fixture filing"/UCC, does it affect the credit of other person on deed?

My sister & I are on title of a house, she wants to finance new windows through utility co. by herself will this affect my credit if she goes delinquent? I understand the lien on the house until its paid, but am unclear how she finances this only in her name yet I have to sign financing statements & fixture filing disclosures. Am I co-signing on the loan? Am I responsible for the loan she wants to take out? How will this affect my financial image? Help please?

I have a small home network consisting of two clients and one server. I really need to practice subnetting for an upcoming test. Both computers run Windows 7 Professional, and the server is running Server 08. I was thinking of using MS Virtual PC to create about 8 virtual computers on each host computer. Then I can take a single network address and practice subnetting to make a few networks with a few hosts on each. I know I have enough ram for this if I use a lighter OS, like Win2k or WinXP on the VM's. What I do not know is how the processors will handle the extra load of that many virtual computers running on Dual Core Pentiums. One is x64, and the others are x32. Also, will the network cards get mad at me for networking 8 VM's per NIC, and have the host OS's on the other (real) network?

Doubleclick ads are so stupid to me. But I have a four year degree and know better than to bite on stupid ads. Sadly not everyone is a smart as some of us out there. They fall for it. You can do a seach on how to add these websites to your HOSTS file in Windows/System32 folder.

In horror movies, wouldnt you rather get to know the murderer as a person rather than some guy behind a mask?

Dont you think getting to know someone is infinitely more pleasing than to meet some guy behind a hockey mask, or in a puppet suit, or whatever?There is always the moment when the killer is unmasked and spews out his bitterness and hate and vindictive triumph over his would-be victims. This is unsatisfying, no? How about just once, at the crucial moment, the killer gets squished under something, and we never do find out who he was?

the seller told me that he is a sheltland sheepdog and beagle mix, but i think that his facts were wrong because he looks more of a beagle lab mix with maybe a bit of pitbull and look nothing like a sheltie he has no sheltie traits watso ever and we cut off his meat diet after deadly dog foods started arising all over the news and its been a while since all that but he looks really weak and skinny to what he used to be on a meat diet and i was wondering how much should he weight in order to obtain his mive physique he used to have he's 30 pounds now and 18 inchs tall, all black except a little white blaze on his forhead and a white chest like pitbulls and his paws also look like a mix of black and white like pitbulls mostly have em white his are like greyish as if black and white mixed up, i know he has to have a beagle in him due to his litter mates looked just like beagles but he seems like a lab due to tail and ears plus the body except the height and the muzzle,ruff like pitbull

Diminishing faith - Urgent Q!!! (Athiests free to voice opinions!)?

I'm 15 y/o, and I have never been an ardently religious person, but I always had faith that I'd make it through the day, I didn't pray often, but I did so rather regularly. However, the last two weeks have rocked me, I feel like I've been pushed into a hole of sorts. Over the last two weeks, I have lost every drop of faith in God that has been built by me into my personage. I don't think I ever did believe in god; I remember reading a column written by Dinesh D'Souza which was an antithesis to religion which stated that religion was created to drive the mediocre mes, a *spiritually* charged middle cl whose idea of morality is derived from the 10 commandments would be a better and more productive workforce as compared to an apathetic, agnostic, cynical one. I have pondered over the idea lenghtily, and I have in the process of trying to accept God again, tried to discover the origins of the scriptures which if anything decreased my chances of reaching god again. I'm searching for some advice or anything on where I am to go next, this is my usual venting site, and as usual I am open to any advice I can receive. Thanks.
