2001 pontiac montana check traction system light keeps coming on all ready bought new tire?

Had tires balance and new brakes pads, rotaries, caliber's all around, replaced left and right tier rods what could be causing? Comes on when just starting if turn off and restart most time goes off every once and a while comes on when Driving restart and goes off. what u think?
