Am i too old to become a doctor?

i'm 20 years old...about to graduate college early to become an ESL teacher. But my dream has always been to become a doctor...it's my pion! Cirstances prevented me from pursuing pre med as an undergraduate. Now, since i plan on teaching english and living in south america, do you think i'm too old to study medicine there?
