Excel + E-mail?

How can I e-mail a single worksheet of a workbook as an attachment? I know I can select the whole sheet and "send to", but then I am forced to put the worksheet as the subject of the e-mail rather than an attachment. I have a workbook that is going to continually grow worksheet after worksheet and I have to e-mail out the updates every couple weeks. So I don't want to have to send the entire workbook, because in a few weeks it will be a pretty large file.
