Cant send movie to mp3..?

i already ripped it to my computer but i cant find a way to send it 2 my mp3 (creative zen v plus) because of the size. I tried the creative video converter but it said it was unsuccessful. Can anyone send me a website where i can make the movie (finding nemo-1:40 long) change into a 128 x 96 dimension? thanks!
