Do i have mono or the flu or what?

i have a headache, fever which has gone down prob due to me taking nyquil, my throat is swelled and hurts to move sometimes, i have body aches(only when i wake up though), and i don't really have an apatite. dizzy sometimes and coughing. i don't feel the need to puke so that's why i'm leaning towards mono. i had made out with my friend and the next day i was sick and the day after that she found out that she had mono... oh and i have no way to get to the doctor because of the ice storm and my moms car will get stuck..
