How do i get the wet hair look?

whatcha can do is get that brand garnier fructis stuff or some gell. you wash your hair in the morning or get it wet and put the stuff in or you can put some kind of spritz it will hard your hair and some times it depends on what kind you get and it will get flakey but if you get the good kind it will not flake
