How many calories did i eat today? please help?

Check out this free web page below. you can sign up then enter the food you've had and it will tell you all you need to know about calories, fat, carbs etc. It's a great site my cousin lost a bunch of weight using the site to keep track of her daily intake. Just make the healthiest choices you can. Splurge on occasion (you are human). Good luck.
