Internet Addiction Help! please answer?

ok well im 13 and im on the internet 24/7! literly not on the week days cause im too busy wit skewl then! it seems like as soon as i get on the internet im on forever i got on at like 1 todya and its 7 now! thts like 6 hours! im crazy! and i decided to see if you can help me get off! i kno im on now but im waititng for atleat 5 answeres to come in! i hate it so much but i love the internet so mcuh! and i can image is my brain liek mushh! omg just help me pleasee:)
