Ischemic Vs Hemorrhagic Strokes: Whic Type Is More Severe & Is Full Recovery Possible:?

I have one friend who had full recovery with no physical therapy at all after a hemorrhagic stroke. She was no different after than before. Puzzled the he!! out of me. I have another friend who also had a hemorrhagic stroke, and to the naked eye, she appears fully recovered, but she had to relearn everything, and although a lovely person, some cognitive problems remain. I don't think your question has an answer.
