My neighbors have company over constantly, parking is limited, when their company arrives, it becomes scarce!!?

My neighbors have what seems like these little gatherings or parties where they have company over and they come maybe early in the afternoon and stay to late in the evening. This is no problem, but my problem comes when these folks come and take up all the parking spaces for the residents that live here. The lot is usually so full that you have to park 2-3 lots away. We are in apartments, so there is limited parking and this is annoying to have to find somewhere to park every time. Can the property management do something, or rather, should they do something?
