Starting a reef aquarium?

I'm starting a 30 gallon reef aquarium, I've had a 55 gal. for a few years and now need to downsize, I have a few questions, btw my last one was just a reg. saltwater tank. If you could tell me what supplies I'll need and maybe some cheap but, decent brands that'd be great, also, I dont want to start a biocube, those are more expensive than what I have... I basically need a full guide to starting a 30 gal. reef aquarium, thanks alot you guys... very appreciated =D
