Is it too early to tell her that i like her?

Actually we barely know each other and we haven't talk for a while (like in 6 months) because i am really embarred for what i did...i am actually not sure what her name was.We also both take the same cl.I got jealous and angry at her, which made me do some really stupid things: i stopped talking to her, i gave her a bitchy look once and i think i scared her once too (i was kind of looking at her and she caught my sight and just froze, i smiled and she smiled nervously). I am going to apologize today, i will tell her that i did all of that stuff because i really like her also i don't want her to think i am weird or something and i am sorry of i gave her a really bad first impression.
